Safety is the foundation of all production activities. In order to further enhance safety high pressure water jet technology in process, fuzzy analysis method and fault tree are used analyze risk factors this paper. existing personnel, equipment environment coal mine mining analyzed. Secondly, probability importance various events process application analyzed by using accident tree. The results show that: most common use grounding circuit connection problems, followed standard operation education management operators.
